A ground floor apartment.  The brief was to take full advantage of the one hundred and eighty degree vista of the beautiful walled garden.  The property was originally part of a large 19th century home, with the living room being formerly the billiards room, which had the added drama of a domed ceiling.  Lighting was key to the success of this classic building, both inside and out.
